The CFL shelf holds the replacement demand that LED has not yet absorbed: T2 spirals from 7 to 23 watts covering 40 to 100 watt equivalences in soft white, cool white and daylight, a 65 watt T5 at 4000 lumens for high output sockets and 48 inch T8 triphosphor tubes in two packs.

Buyers keep CFL on the planogram for one reason: installed bases. Fixtures and ballasts in the field still call for these formats, and the retailer who stocks them owns that trip while the shopper is standing in front of the LED wall.

Wattage, lumen output and colour temperature are stated per SKU. Merchandise as the legacy column beside LED, halogen and incandescent.
