A 4-pin 2U compact fluorescent at 13W and 6400K full spectrum, supplied in a single pack.

The 4-pin base is what defines this lamp: it is a plug-in type for a fixture with an external ballast, not a screw-in retrofit, and it will not fit a standard socket. Base and colour temperature are stated explicitly for that reason.

6400K full spectrum sells into task, craft and colour-matching work where daylight rendering matters. Screw-base equivalents are in CFL spiral T2.
