Length is the whole fitment specification on a double-ended lamp — a 118 mm tube will not physically go into a 78 mm fixture, and there is no tolerance in it. The length is therefore in the title rather than buried in the description.

Portable work lights, exterior flood fixtures and older architectural uplighters all take these. The longer size is 118 mm linear; the LED replacement in both lengths is in LED specialty.
