The intermediate base on the R14 is the detail that matters — it is neither candelabra nor medium, and a buyer who assumes otherwise goes home with the wrong lamp. Diameter and base are both published.

These serve display cabinets, older accent fixtures and recessed cans that were never converted. LED replacements are in LED R14 & R16 and BR series.
