Description
A 7.2 L (7.6 qt) oval Dutch oven from the Inspiration Italia cast iron collection. Heavy-duty cast iron carries a triple-layer, food-grade enamel glaze that spreads and holds heat evenly. The self-basting lid has condensation rings that keep redistributing moisture and flavour back onto the food, so braises and roasts stay tender. The lid uses a concealed-screw design — no screws inside the pot to catch food or rust. The cast stainless steel knob is durable and oven-safe, and wide loop handles give a secure grip (use pot holders — handles get hot in the oven). Use it for soups, braises, roasts, stews and breads. Oven safe up to 500°F (260°C); works on gas, electric, ceramic and induction. Hand wash to keep the enamel finish.
