The self-basting lid features condensation rings that continuously redistribute moisture and flavour back onto the food, and an exclusive concealed-screw design means no interior screws — for cleaner, healthier cooking and better rust resistance. A stainless steel anti-scald knob and sturdy, ergonomic handles keep handling safe. Oven safe to 500°F (260°C) and compatible with all stovetops, including induction. Hand wash to preserve the enamel finish.
