The Xtricity 40W T4 CFL is built for high-output applications. This compact fluorescent delivers 2650 lumens of 4100K cool white light in place of a 150W incandescent, where maximum brightness matters. Unlike many CFLs, it starts instantly at full brightness — no slow warm-up. It is rated for damp locations, can be used in totally enclosed fixtures, and operates down to a minimum -30°C (-22°F), which makes it usable in unheated garages and shops through winter. The T4 spiral sits on a medium (E26) base at 120V and is non-dimmable (do not use with a dimmer). Rated for 10,000 hours and backed by a 1-year warranty, it makes demanding work areas genuinely usable after dark.
