Commercial and architectural lighting is a different buy from the decorative wall. Jessar's range covers the fixtures a contractor or facility buyer specifies by output and mounting rather than by finish: LED flat panels in 2×2, 2×4 and 1×4 including 347V units, linear and UFO high-bays, weatherproof flood lights, wall packs and canopy fixtures, portable work lights, high-output parking lights, flexible strip lighting and emergency and exit units.

Every SKU publishes wattage, lumen output, colour temperature and voltage range, including the 100-277V and 347V commercial supplies used in Canadian institutional and industrial buildings. Selectable-CCT and dimmable variants are stated on the page rather than folded into a family description, because a specification buyer is matching a drawing, not browsing.

Emergency and exit lighting is held as part of the same programme. It is code-required rather than discretionary, it reorders on inspection cycles rather than seasonally, and carrying it alongside the fixtures keeps one supplier on a whole building package.
