An 18 cm saucepan in die-cast aluminum, sized for sauces, grains, soups and small-batch cooking. The white speckled nonstick interior is easy to cook on and easier to clean, and the tempered-glass lid — rimmed in silicone so it sits quietly and securely — shows what's happening without releasing the heat. Soft-touch bakelite on the handle and knob stays cool, and the induction-compatible base makes it at home on any stovetop. Hand wash recommended; stick to wood, silicone or nylon utensils.
