Its two-layer ceramic non-stick interior is PFOA-free and lets food slide right out for easy serving and cleanup. The included steamer insert and domed tempered glass lid let you steam, stir-fry, deep-fry, and more in one pan, while the solid induction base works on all cooktops. With 3.6L capacity, a 26 cm diameter, a long handle, and a soft-touch stainless steel knob, it's dishwasher safe and oven safe up to 150°C (300°F).
