Description
Description
The ERGO-Grip skimmer is built around its handle. The arched grip has a finger rest and a curved underside that hold the wrist neutral to reduce strain, and the increased diameter stays comfortable across hand sizes. The skimmer head lifts dumplings, fried foods, and blanched vegetables while the liquid drains away, and the raised handle keeps the head clear of the counter to prevent spills. The soft-touch handle carries a wood-grain finish, and the tool withstands temperatures up to 400°F / 200°C.
