This A19 bulb has a built-in motion sensor that detects movement up to 1.5 m across a 120° detection angle and switches on automatically — hands-free light for entryways, closets, garages, stairwells and outdoor spots, with no wiring, switches or extra hardware. Screw it into any standard E26 socket, indoors or outdoors, and it works instantly. At 9 watts it gives the brightness of a 60-watt incandescent — 800 lumens of warm 3000K soft white — at about $1.08 a year, with a 25,000-hour rated life (about 22.8 years at three hours a day). Damp-location rated and operates down to -20°C. Important: non-dimmable — do not pair with a dimmer or use in fully enclosed fixtures.
