A 24 cm open fry pan cast from die-cast aluminum, which spreads heat quickly and evenly across the cooking surface. The speckled nonstick interior releases eggs, fish and pan sauces with minimal oil and cleans with a wipe, while a heat-resistant exterior lacquer keeps the pan's colour through daily use. The soft-touch bakelite handle stays cool on the stovetop, and the induction-compatible base works on every cooktop type. Hand wash recommended; use wood, silicone or nylon utensils to protect the coating.
