Description
Description
The 28 cm size of this die-cast aluminum fry pan gives room for a family stir-fry or two steaks side by side. Die-cast construction heats fast and evenly edge to edge, the speckled nonstick interior keeps food moving and cleanup short, and a heat-resistant exterior lacquer holds its colour over time. Its soft-touch bakelite handle stays cool in the hand, and the induction-compatible base suits gas, electric and induction stovetops alike. Hand wash recommended, with wood, silicone or nylon utensils to protect the coating.
